受欺凌青少年创伤后应激障碍的发生率及其影响因素

摘要:

为探究受校园欺凌青少年创伤后应激障碍(post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSD)的发生率及其影响因素,采用自陈量表对2 153名中学生进行调查,并对其中有受欺凌经历的704人进行了描述统计、相关分析和线性分层回归分析.结果表明:校园欺凌的发生率为32.70%,其中受欺凌后青少年PTSD的发生率达44.89%;性别对PTSD的4个症状均有显著正向预测作用,且女生更易出现严重的PTSD症状;言语欺凌仅对负性认知情绪改变和警觉性增高症状有显著正向预测作用;关系欺凌和网络欺凌对PTSD的4个症状均有显著正向预测作用;家庭支持对PTSD的4个症状均有显著负向预测作用.可见,性别、受欺凌形式和社会支持来源在不同程度上影响着受校园欺凌青少年的PTSD症状水平.来自家庭的支持和关爱对缓解受欺凌青少年PTSD症状具有关键作用,同时应关注受欺凌女生的消极心理反应,注意察觉较为隐匿的关系欺凌和网络欺凌.

Abstract:

In order to investigate the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and its influencing factors, 2 153 middle school students were investigated with the self-report inventory, and 704 of them were subjected to bullying by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and linear hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that the incidence of bullying was 32.70%, and the incidence of PTSD was 44.89%. Gender has a significant positive predictive effect on the four symptoms of PTSD, and female students tended to have a higher level of PTSD symptoms. Verbal bullying only positively predicted negative cognitive emotional changes and increased alertness. Relationship bullying and cyberbullying have significant positive predictive effects on the four symptoms of PTSD. Family support have a significant negative predictive effect on the four symptoms of PTSD. Therefore, it can be seen that gender, forms of bullying and sources of social support affected the PTSD symptoms of bullied adolescents to different degrees. Family support and care play a key role in alleviating the symptoms of PTSD in bullied adolescents. Additionally, attention should be paid to the negative psychological reactions of female victims and the hidden relationship bullying and cyber bullying.
